Happy International Women’s Day!
This day provides a time to commend women’s achievements, recognize challenges, and invest more attention to women’s rights and gender equality.
Furthermore, according to the International Women’s Day website, “a focus on gender equity needs to be part of every society’s DNA.” The website highlights the differences between equality and equity and promotes its #EmbraceEquity campaign, which seeks to spark conversations about the importance of equity throughout the world.
